Terms of Service & Multi-Jurisdictional Governance Framework
TriTrust Legacy Enterprises (TTLE) | Effective FEBRUARY 1, 2026 | Corporate Governance Standard
1. The Operational Mandate
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a binding legal covenant between you (“Client,” “User”) and TriTrust Legacy Enterprises Inc. (“TriTrust,” “We,” “Us,” "The Corporation," TriTrust Legacy Enterprises").
By engaging our services, you acknowledge that TriTrust operates as a Global Command Center based in the State of Florida, U.S.A., with operational reach extending into the State of Ohio, Federal jurisdiction, and the International arena. You agree to be bound by these protocols without reservation.
2. Corporate Identity & Regulatory Status
TriTrust Legacy Enterprises Inc. is a professional services corporation. We operate at the intersection of administrative precision and statutory compliance.

Non-Legal / Non-Fiduciary Status: We are not a law firm, bank, trust company, or registered investment advisor. We do not provide legal advice, investment counsel, nor tax advice.

Zero-Custody Model: We operate under a strict Zero-Custody framework. We do not hold, control, or take title to client funds.

Unauthorized Practice of Law (UPL) Disclaimer: In compliance with Florida Chapter 454 and Ohio Revised Code § 4705.07, our agents do not draft legal documents or advise on legal rights. All duties are ministerial, administrative, and strategic.
3. Electronic Signatures & Federal Compliance
To ensure the seamless execution of global commerce, TriTrust leverages digital infrastructure compliant with:

The E-SIGN Act: The Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (15 U.S.C. § 7001 et seq.).

UETA: The Uniform Electronic Transactions Act, as adopted by Florida (Fla. Stat. § 668.50) and Ohio (ORC § 1306).

OFAC Compliance: We adhere to the sanctions programs administered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). We reserve the right to refuse service to any entity on the Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) list.

We further reserve the right to refuse service to any entity or individual with or without cause.
4. Notary & Signing Agent Laws (State-Specific Protocols)
Our Notary and Signing Agent services are executed with forensic precision in strict adherence to the statutes of the commissioning jurisdiction.
A. For Notary Services Rendered Under Florida Jurisdiction:

All notarizations, including Remote Online Notarizations (RON), are governed by Florida Statutes Chapter 117.

Remote Online Notarizations utilize audio-video technology compliant with Fla. Stat. § 117.201, ensuring identity proofing and credential analysis.
B. International & Apostille Services:

For documents destined for foreign use, we facilitate authentication via the Hague Convention of 1961 (Apostille Section).

While we facilitate the process, TriTrust does not certify the content of the document, only the authenticity of the signature and capacity of the signer.
5. AI Media & Truth in Advertising
In compliance with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines regarding AI and synthetic media:

Transparency: Portions of our digital presence utilize Artificial Intelligence to simulate human representation ("AI-Generated Content").

No False Endorsement: Unless explicitly verified, AI representations do not constitute endorsements by real individuals.

Ownership: All AI-synthesized architecture and media remain the intellectual property of TriTrust Legacy Enterprises Inc.
6. Governing Law, Venue & Dispute Resolution
A. Primary Governing Law:
Except where mandatory local law applies, these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
B. Venue & Jurisdiction:

Florida Matters: Any dispute arising from corporate operations, digital services, or Florida-based transactions shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Walton County, Florida.

Ohio Matters: Solely for disputes arising directly from a physical service rendered within the State of Ohio, venue may lie in the competent courts of Ohio.

Waiver of Jury Trial: To the fullest extent permitted by Federal, Florida, and Ohio law, you knowingly and voluntarily waive your right to a jury trial.
C. International Arbitration:
For clients located outside the United States, any dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its International Rules, with the seat of arbitration in Florida, USA.
7. Indemnification & Liability Cap
We architect solutions, but you own your decisions.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law (including Fla. Stat. § 768.81 and ORC § 2307.22):

Indemnity: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TriTrust, its officers, and agents from any claims arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of our services, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Limitation: In no event shall TriTrust’s liability exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific service in dispute. We disclaim all liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
8. Severability & Survival
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable under the laws of Florida, Ohio, or Federal statute, that provision shall be severed, and the remainder shall remain in full force.
