4. NOTARY & SIGNING AGENT SERVICES (STATE-SPECIFIC PROTOCOLS)
Our Notary and Signing Agent services are delivered through the TTLE Global
Authentication division with forensic precision in strict adherence to the statutes of
the commissioning jurisdiction.
A. FLORIDA JURISDICTION — PRIMARY AUTHORITY:
All notarizations, including Remote Online Notarizations (RON), are performed
under the authority of our commissioned Florida Notary Public and governed by
Florida Statutes Chapter 117. Remote Online Notarizations utilize a Florida-

the signer's applicable jurisdiction.
All identity verification and RON session data is collected and processed
exclusively by our approved platform provider, BlueNotary. TTLE does not
collect, store, or control this data. All finalized RON documents are digitally
sealed with X.509 digital certificates ensuring tamper-evident integrity and
legal admissibility. The platform operates with AES 256-bit encryption at rest
