TriTrust Legacy Enterprises Inc. ("TriTrust," "TTLE," "The Firm," "The Corporation," "TriTrust Legacy Enterprises") is a specialized professional services corporation incorporated under the laws of the State of Florida.

 

 

Multi-Jurisdictional Authority:

• Florida (Domestic): We are a domestic corporation in good standing with the Florida Division of Corporations.

• Ohio (Foreign/Non-Ohio): We are legally authorized to transact business in the State of Ohio as a registered Foreign Corporation under the jurisdiction of the Ohio Secretary of State, pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Chapter 1703.

• Federal & International: We operate in compliance with U.S. Federal Law (including the E-SIGN Act) and International Commerce standards.

CRITICAL NOTICE: NON-LEGAL / NON-FIDUCIARY STATUS

TriTrust Legacy Enterprises Inc. is not a law firm, bank, trust company, registered investment adviser, or depository institution. We do not provide legal representation, tax opinions, or investment counsel. Our function is strictly limited to non-discretionary, ministerial, and logistical support, executed at the precise direction of our clients.

2. Designated Business Lines & Geographic Scope

TriTrust Legacy Enterprises Inc. operates through four distinct service divisions. Please note the specific geographic limitations for each division.

A. Division of Compliance & Fiduciary Support (POA Administration)

• Geographic Restriction: LIMITED TO FLORIDA AND OHIO.

• Scope: We provide professional ministerial support exclusively for Agents acting under a Power of Attorney (POA). This includes bookkeeping, record organization, correspondence management, and logistical coordination.

• Regulatory Status: We act as an administrative agent to the Fiduciary. We are not the Fiduciary.

• Strict Limitation:

  • No Discretion: We do not exercise discretion over the Principal's assets. We execute only specific, written instructions provided by the appointed Agent.

  • Zero-Custody: We do not hold, title, or control client funds.

  • Non-Legal: We do not interpret the Power of Attorney document. The Agent must consult a qualified Attorney for legal guidance.

B. Division of Notary Public & Loan Signing Agent Services

• Geographic Scope: WORLDWIDE (Via Remote Online Notarization - RON).

• Physical Location Requirement: For all Florida Remote Online Notarizations, the Notary Public is physically located in the State of Florida at the time of the notarial act, in strict compliance with Fla. Stat. § 117.201. The Principal (signer) may be located anywhere in the world.

• Secure Technology Infrastructure:

  • We utilize a state-approved and MISMO-compliant RON platform provider.

  • Identity Verification: All signers must undergo Knowledge-Based Authentication (KBA) and Credential Analysis via the approved platform's secure identification requirements prior to the act.

  • Tamper-Evident Security: All finalized documents are digitally sealed with X.509 digital certificates to ensure document integrity and admissibility.

• Strict Limitation: A Notary Public is not an attorney and cannot give legal advice about immigration or any other legal matter. We verify identity and witness signatures; we do not validate the content of the documents.

C. Division of Ordained Officiant Services

• Geographic Scope: WORLDWIDE (Destination Weddings & Ceremonies).

• Regulatory Status: Our officiants are legally ordained.

• Strict Limitation: While we perform ceremonies globally, the legal validity of the marriage is subject to the laws of the jurisdiction where the ceremony occurs. It is the sole responsibility of the couple to obtain a valid Marriage License from the appropriate local authority prior to the ceremony.

D. Division of Executive Coaching & Keynote Speaking

• Geographic Scope: WORLDWIDE.

• Scope: Leadership consulting, strategic mentorship, and public speaking.

• Strict Limitation: Coaching and consulting do not constitute psychological counseling, therapy, or medical advice. Business strategy advice does not constitute financial advice or legal counsel.

3. Client Responsibility & Truth in Reporting

The integrity of our output relies entirely on the integrity of your input.

• Reliance on Client Data: Guidance, administrative execution, and executive support provided by TTLE are based entirely on the information, declarations, and documentation submitted by the client.

• Client Duty: The client maintains complete responsibility for the accuracy, truthfulness, completeness, and legality of all provided information.

• No Independent Verification: TTLE disclaims any obligation to perform independent verification, forensic accounting, or background checks on client-provided facts. We operate on the presumption that all data provided to us is accurate and legally obtained.

• Remote Online Notary Services: All RON signers must undergo Knowledge-Based Authentication (KBA) and Credential Analysis via the state (Florida) approved platform's secure identification requirements prior to the act.

4. Liability Disclaimers & Limitations

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida, Ohio, Federal, and International law:

• "As Is" Basis: All services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

• Platform Availability: TTLE is not liable for technical outages, maintenance windows, or service interruptions caused by third-party platforms (including Blue Notary).

• Liability Cap: TTLE and its representatives disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Any liability that may arise is strictly limited to the professional fees paid to TTLE for the specific service mandate in question.

5. State-Specific Compliance & Unauthorized Practice of Law (UPL)

TriTrust adheres to the strictest interpretation of UPL statutes.

A. Florida Jurisdiction (Headquarters)

• Governing Statute: Operations are conducted in strict compliance with Florida Statutes Chapter 454.

• Notice: Any Florida resident requiring legal advice or document preparation must consult a Florida-licensed attorney.

B. Ohio Jurisdiction (Operational Theater)

• Governing Statute: Operations are conducted in strict compliance with Ohio Revised Code § 4705.07.

• Notice: Clients in Ohio are strongly encouraged to obtain independent counsel from an attorney licensed by the Supreme Court of Ohio.

6. Client Ratification & Binding Acknowledgment

By engaging the services of TriTrust Legacy Enterprises Inc., the Client expressly acknowledges and ratifies the following under penalty of perjury: "I adhere to the legal boundaries outlined herein. I understand that TriTrust Legacy Enterprises Inc. (TTLE) is a professional services corporation providing administrative, logistical, and ceremonial support, and is not a law firm, financial institution, or trust company. I acknowledge that TTLE has not provided me with legal advice, tax strategies, or investment planning. If I require such services, I understand strictly that I must consult a licensed Attorney, CPA, or Certified Financial Planner. I engage TTLE solely for the purpose of ministerial execution."
