ZERO-CUSTODY MANDATE:
The enterprise operates under an uncompromising Zero-Custody Fiduciary Model. At no
time does TriTrust Legacy Enterprises Inc. hold, control, or take title to client capital,
assets, or securities. No strategic directive, framework, or content provided herein shall
be construed as formal legal, tax, or financial counsel. Discerning clientele are required
to retain independent jurisdictional counsel prior to the execution of any corporate or
personal strategy.

the laws of the State of Florida, operating exclusively from Walton County, Florida,
United States of America.

TTLE is incorporated in and operates exclusively from the State of Florida.

applicable local law. TTLE shall not provide services to individuals, entities,

2. DESIGNATED SERVICE DIVISIONS & GEOGRAPHIC SCOPE
TriTrust Legacy Enterprises Inc. operates through three distinct service divisions and
one supplemental administrative service offering. The specific geographic scope,
regulatory frameworks, and limitations for each are as follows.

DIVISION I: TTLE GLOBAL AUTHENTICATION
Document Integrity & Legal Certainty
Geographic Scope:
WORLDWIDE via Remote Online Notarization (RON) for documents with a United
States legal nexus, wherever legally permissible. All U.S. states and territories
served. Physical mobile notary services available within Florida.
Statutory Authority:
Our principal Notary Public holds a current commission issued by the State of
Florida. All notarial acts, including RON, are performed under Florida law and
governed by Florida Statutes Chapter 117.
Physical Location of Notary:
For all Remote Online Notarizations, the Notary Public is physically located in
the State of Florida at the time of the notarial act, in strict compliance with
Fla. Stat. § 117.201. The Principal (signer) may be located anywhere in the
world, in any U.S. state or territory, or internationally, subject to the legal
permissibility of RON in the signer's jurisdiction.
Technology Platform & Security:
All identity verification — including Knowledge-Based Authentication (KBA) and
Credential Analysis — is performed exclusively by BlueNotary, our state-approved
and MISMO-certified RON platform provider. TTLE does not collect, store, or
control identity verification or session data. BlueNotary's platform operates with
AES 256-bit encryption at rest, TLS 1.2+ encryption in transit, SOC 2 alignment,
HIPAA technical safeguard alignment, and IdenTrust X.509 digital certificate
tamper-evident sealing. All finalized notarized documents are digitally sealed
ensuring tamper-evident document integrity and legal admissibility.
International Document Use & Apostille:
For documents destined for foreign use, TTLE facilitates authentication via the
Hague Apostille Convention of 1961 where applicable. TTLE certifies only the
authenticity of the signature and the capacity of the signer at the time of
execution. TTLE does not certify the content of any document and makes no
warranty regarding the acceptance of Florida RON-notarized documents by any
foreign jurisdiction.
Client Responsibility — Jurisdictional Acceptance:
It is the Client's sole responsibility to confirm that Florida RON-notarized
documents will be accepted by the relevant receiving authority, institution, or
jurisdiction prior to scheduling any session.
STRICT LIMITATIONS:
A Notary Public is not an attorney and cannot give legal advice about any
document, immigration matter, or any other legal matter. TTLE verifies
signer identity and witnesses the act of signing only. TTLE does not validate,
certify, or advise on the legal sufficiency, accuracy, or effectiveness of
the content of any document. TTLE is not liable for technical outages or
service interruptions caused by BlueNotary or any third-party platform.

DIVISION II: TTLE EXECUTIVE VANGUARD
C-Suite Advisory & Strategic Leadership Architecture
Geographic Scope: WORLDWIDE. Services delivered virtually or in-person from
TTLE's Florida base of operations.
Scope: Executive and corporate strategy development and peer to peer advisory; organizational
architecture and operational framework design; business structure analysis,
succession planning frameworks, and enterprise planning; proprietary methodology
implementation, training, and facilitation; administrative architecture and process
optimization consulting; private client strategic roundtables and advisory sessions;
research, analysis, and preparation of strategic white papers or reports; and
keynote speaking and leadership development engagements.
STRICT LIMITATIONS:
TTLE Executive Vanguard is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice
or legal representation. No service, communication, or deliverable constitutes
legal, tax, securities, or financial advice. All strategic content is proprietary
advisory information for informational and business-planning purposes only.
Clients are required to retain independent jurisdictional legal, tax, and
financial counsel before acting on any advisory content.
Executive coaching, leadership development, and strategic mentorship do not
constitute psychological counseling, mental health therapy, or medical advice.
Executive advisory and coaching engagements do not create a fiduciary
relationship between TTLE and the Client.

DIVISION III: TTLE PRIVATE CLIENT SOLEMNIZATION
Ceremonial Authority for Life's Most Consequential Moments
Geographic Scope: WORLDWIDE (Destination Weddings & Ceremonies). All
services delivered by TTLE personnel from Florida operations or traveling
nationally and internationally as engaged.
Regulatory Status: Our principal officiant is legally ordained and holds a Doctor
of Divinity (h.c.) and appropriate ministerial credentials to perform legal marriage
ceremonies and other solemnization rites in applicable jurisdictions. Our principal
also holds a current Florida Notary Public commission.
STRICT LIMITATIONS:
Legal Validity of Marriage: The legal validity of any marriage ceremony is
governed exclusively by the laws of the jurisdiction where the ceremony is
performed. TTLE makes no representation that a ceremony performed in any
given jurisdiction will be legally recognized as a valid marriage in that or
any other jurisdiction. For ceremonies performed outside the United States,
the legal requirements for marriage registration are governed exclusively by
the laws of the country where the ceremony is performed.
Marriage License: It is the sole responsibility of the couple to obtain a
valid Marriage License from the appropriate local governmental authority
prior to the ceremony. TTLE cannot perform a legally binding ceremony
without a valid Marriage License where required by law. The Company bears
no liability for the Client's failure to obtain or properly complete a Marriage
License.
Certified Copies: Obtaining Certified Copies of a Marriage Certificate, where
included in a selected package, is subject to availability and operational
feasibility under applicable jurisdiction law. This service is facilitated as a
courtesy and is subject to the requirements of the applicable jurisdiction.
Non-Legal Advice: Nothing in our officiant or ceremonial services constitutes
legal advice regarding marriage law, family law, immigration law, or any
related matter.

SUPPLEMENTAL SERVICE: POA AGENT ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
Administrative & Ministerial Support Assistance — Non-Fiduciary
Geographic Restriction: LIMITED TO FLORIDA AND OHIO ONLY.
Scope: TTLE provides strictly administrative and ministerial support to Agents
acting under a validly executed Power of Attorney (POA), including document
organization and assembly, scheduling and coordination of notarial appointments,
document handling, scanning, and secure transmission at Client's written
direction, ministerial completion of pre-completed form fields strictly at Client's
written direction, and administrative coordination with third-party institutions
as directed in writing by Client within the scope of the applicable POA.
This service is an ancillary administrative offering of TTLE and does not
constitute a named division. Notarial appointments related to POA engagements
are facilitated through TTLE Global Authentication as a separate billable service.
STRICT LIMITATIONS:
TTLE IS NOT THE FIDUCIARY. TTLE does not act as an attorney-in-fact,
agent, fiduciary, trustee, or legal representative on behalf of any Client.
No fiduciary duty, agency relationship, or attorney-client relationship is
created by this service.
THE COMPANY SHALL NOT: draft or modify any Power of Attorney document;
provide advice on the legal effect, validity, or enforceability of any Power of
Attorney; interpret any Power of Attorney provision; make decisions regarding
the use of any Power of Attorney; hold, manage, or disburse any Client funds
or assets; or act as a statutory agent, registered agent for service of process,
or healthcare surrogate.
Zero-Custody: TTLE does not hold, title, or control client funds, securities,
real property, or any other asset at any time.
Non-Legal: The Agent must consult with a qualified, licensed Attorney in the applicable jurisdiction for all legal guidance.

3. FINTECH OPERATIONS & PAYMENT COMPLIANCE
TriTrust Legacy Enterprises Inc. operates through authorized financial technology
(fintech) banking and payment platforms to facilitate payment processing, business
banking, and vendor disbursements. These platforms may include regulated fintech
institutions, digital banking providers, and multi-currency payment rails.
The Company is authorized to accept payments from clients located in the United States
and internationally in accordance with applicable U.S. banking regulations, FinCEN
guidance, Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements, applicable U.K. Financial Conduct
Authority (FCA) regulations, and applicable international financial compliance standards.
Multi-currency transactions involving U.S. Dollars (USD) and British Pounds Sterling
(GBP) are supported. No fiduciary, custodial, or trust relationship is created by any
payment transaction. An itemized invoice is issued to the Client prior to all services,
and payment in full is required before the commencement of any service.

4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY & TRUTH IN REPORTING
The integrity of our output relies entirely on the integrity of your input.
Reliance on Client Data: All services provided by TTLE are based entirely on
the information, declarations, and documentation submitted by the Client.
Client Duty: The Client maintains complete responsibility for the accuracy,
truthfulness, completeness, and legality of all information and documentation
provided to TTLE. By engaging our services, the Client represents that all
submitted information is accurate, complete, and legally obtained.
No Independent Verification: Except as required by applicable law (e.g., KBA
and Credential Analysis for RON signers, performed exclusively by BlueNotary),
TTLE disclaims any obligation to perform independent verification, forensic
investigation, or background checks on client-provided facts, documents, or
representations.

5. LIABILITY DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATIONS
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida, Ohio, and applicable federal and international
law:
"As Is" Basis: All services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis
without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited
to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Platform Availability: TTLE is not liable for technical outages, maintenance
windows, or service interruptions caused by BlueNotary, Wix, fintech payment
platforms, or any other third-party platform. In the event of a material disruption,
TTLE will make commercially reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide an
alternative delivery method.
Liability Cap: TTLE and its representatives disclaim all liability for any indirect,
incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary losses. Any direct
liability that may arise is strictly limited to the professional fees paid to TTLE
for the specific service mandate in question during the three (3) months preceding
the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in this section shall limit liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or gross
negligence to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

6. UNAUTHORIZED PRACTICE OF LAW (UPL) — STATE-SPECIFIC COMPLIANCE
TTLE adheres to the strictest interpretation of UPL statutes in every jurisdiction in
which it operates or serves clients.
Florida (State of Incorporation & All Operations):
Governing Statute: Fla. Stat. Chapter 454. Any client requiring legal advice,
document preparation, or legal representation must consult a Florida-licensed
attorney. TTLE's services are strictly ministerial, administrative, and strategic.
Ohio (Authorized Foreign Corporation):
Governing Statute: Ohio Revised Code § 4705.07. Clients with Ohio-related
matters are strongly encouraged to obtain independent counsel from an attorney
licensed by the Supreme Court of Ohio.
All Other U.S. States & Territories:
TTLE acknowledges applicable UPL statutes in all U.S. jurisdictions in which
it provides services. The provision of ministerial notary, administrative,
ceremonial, and coaching services does not constitute the practice of law
in any jurisdiction. Clients are encouraged to seek qualified legal counsel
for matters requiring legal analysis or advice.
International Clients:
TTLE does not provide legal advice to clients in any jurisdiction worldwide.
International clients requiring legal advice must consult a qualified legal
professional licensed in their applicable jurisdiction.

Notarial services are provided to the general public as required by commission
as a Florida Notary Public, without bias or exclusivity, in strict compliance with
Florida Statutes Chapter 117.

8. CLIENT RATIFICATION & BINDING ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By engaging the services of TriTrust Legacy Enterprises Inc., the Client expressly
acknowledges and ratifies the following:
"I understand that TriTrust Legacy Enterprises Inc. (TTLE) is a professional services
corporation providing administrative, logistical, notarial, ceremonial, and strategic
coaching support, operating exclusively from Florida, United States of America. I
acknowledge that TTLE is not a law firm, financial institution, investment advisor,
mortgage broker, or trust company. I understand that TTLE has not provided me with
legal advice, tax strategies, investment planning, or financial counsel, and that if I
require such services I must consult a licensed Attorney, CPA, or Certified Financial
Planner in the applicable jurisdiction. I confirm that all information I have provided to
TTLE is accurate, complete, truthful, and legally obtained. I engage TTLE solely for
ministerial, administrative, strategic, or ceremonial execution within the scope described
in TTLE's Scope & Legal Disclaimers, Terms of Service, and applicable engagement
documentation."
