1. OUR COMMITMENT TO INCLUSION

TriTrust Legacy Enterprises (TTLE) is dedicated to fostering a digital environment where

excellence and integrity are accessible to all. We believe that accessibility is not merely

a legal requirement — it is a fundamental pillar of our commitment to inclusivity and

professional ethics. Our goal is to provide a seamless user experience for all clients,

regardless of ability or technology.

All TTLE functions, operations, and personnel are based exclusively in Walton County,

Florida, United States of America. Our digital platforms are accessible globally, and this

Accessibility Statement applies to all users of our website and digital services wherever

they are located.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

2. ACCESSIBILITY STANDARDS

We strive to ensure our digital platforms conform to the World Wide Web Consortium

(W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our operative

compliance standard. These guidelines help make web content more accessible to people

with a wide range of sensory, cognitive, and mobility disabilities, contributing to a more

usable digital environment for everyone.

In recognition of evolving international standards, TTLE is actively working toward

conformance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. This forward commitment reflects our alignment

with global best practices and the world-class standard of excellence that defines all

TTLE operations.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

3. CORE PLATFORMS & FEATURES

Our protocols include the implementation of semantic HTML, keyboard-navigable

interfaces, and optimized screen reader compatibility. We prioritize high-contrast color

pairings and scalable typographic units (em/rem) to ensure legibility and functional

accessibility across all global touchpoints — from rural innovators to urban titans.

All AI-generated and AI-assisted content published on TTLE's digital platforms is subject

to the same WCAG 2.1 Level AA accessibility standards as all other platform content.

This includes, where applicable, descriptive alternative text for AI-generated imagery,

captions for AI-generated audio or video content, and non-visual means of conveying

information consistent with our AI disclosure obligations under our Terms of Service.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

4. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM DISCLAIMER

TTLE utilizes third-party platforms to deliver our services, including our website host

(Wix) and our Remote Online Notarization platform (BlueNotary). While we select partners

who share our commitment to inclusivity, TTLE does not control the code or accessibility

architecture of these third-party platforms.

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on a partner platform, please contact us

immediately. We will serve as your advocate to facilitate an alternative method of service

delivery where legally feasible.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

5. KNOWN LIMITATIONS & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

While we strive for full conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA across all TTLE digital

platforms, we acknowledge that some content areas — including certain third-party

integrated tools — may not yet meet every success criterion. Any identified accessibility

gaps are logged and scheduled for prioritized remediation as part of our ongoing digital

improvement program.

We welcome reports of accessibility barriers. All such reports are treated as priority

matters consistent with our commitment to forensic precision and world-class service

delivery.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

you encounter any barriers or have specific requests for accommodation, please contact

response, resolution, or accommodation plan will be provided within ten (10) business

days. Where a request requires coordination with a third-party platform (Wix or

BlueNotary), we will communicate our advocacy efforts and provide a status update

within the same timeframe.

No client will be charged for any reasonable accommodation or accessibility adjustment.

Accommodation is a cost of doing business and a reflection of our professional integrity.
