1. GENERAL POLICY STATEMENT
TriTrust Legacy Enterprises Inc. ("TTLE," "The Company," "We," "Us") is committed to
professional excellence, transparency, and the highest standard of service delivery. As a
professional services corporation, TTLE's primary deliverables are time, expertise,
licensed commission authority, and professional execution. The value of our services is
expended at the moment of performance, regardless of outcomes determined by external
parties, platforms, or jurisdictions.
Accordingly, and subject to the service-specific terms set forth in Section 2 of this Policy,
all fees for services rendered by TTLE are non-refundable upon completion of the
applicable service. The fact that a third party — including a receiving institution, foreign
jurisdiction, government authority, lender, or any other entity — declines to accept,
record, or act upon a document that was properly and lawfully executed by TTLE does
not constitute grounds for a refund of TTLE's service fees.
This Policy applies to all service engagements across TTLE's three service divisions —
TTLE Global Authentication, TTLE Executive Vanguard, and TTLE Private Client
Solemnization — as well as TTLE's supplemental POA Administrative Support service.
This Policy is incorporated into and forms part of all applicable TTLE service agreements.
In the event of any conflict between this Policy and a fully executed service agreement,
the terms of the executed service agreement shall control.

Client-side deficiency that prevents lawful execution of the notarial act.
RON SESSION — TECHNICAL FAILURE PROVISIONS:
The following terms govern refunds in the event of a technical failure during a

The Client acknowledges and agrees that initiating a chargeback, payment
reversal, or formal dispute with any bank, payment processor, or fintech platform
for: (i) services that were validly rendered by TTLE in accordance with the
