All fees are disclosed and agreed upon before any service commences. Itemization Policy: In compliance with Florida administrative standards, our invoices distinguish between Statutory Notarial Fees (set by the State of Florida) and Non-Notarial Service Fees (travel and administrative costs). This ensures you are never overcharged for the legal act of notarization itself.

• Advance Consent: No "surprise" fees will be added to your final invoice. Any change in the scope of work (e.g., additional documents or signers found at the time of the appointment) will be discussed and approved by the client before the seal is applied.

Notarial Act maximum fees established by §117.05 and §117.275, Florida Statutes

 

TriTrust Legacy Enterprises operates in strict adherence to Florida Statutes §117.209(3) and §117.265(1). While Remote Online Notarization (RON) technology enables us to serve clients and witnesses globally, regardless of their physical location, Florida law mandates that the Notary Public must be physically located within the geographical boundaries of the State of Florida at the time the notarial act is performed.

• Witness Fee (If the client provides a witness): $5.00 per witness

 

Mobile Notary (Mobile Services Only Available in Florida)

• Base Travel (0–10 miles): $35.00 flat fee

• Extended Travel (10+ miles): +$1.00 per mile

• After-Hours/Emergency (8 PM – 8 AM): +$50.00

• Holiday Service: +$65.00

• Airport/Cruise Terminal Meet: +$150.00 (includes security/parking time).

• Hospital/Nursing Home/Jail: +$60.00 service fee.

 

Mobile Notary Flat Fees Available

(Bundled travel and statutory fees as a flat rate)

• Loan Signing (Refinance/Purchase): $200.00.

• Seller’s Package: $150.00

• Estate Planning (Will, Trust, POA): $175.00

• Notary Providing an In-Person Witness: $50.00 per person provided.

Sales Tax: 

All taxable services and tangible items provided by TriTrust Legacy Enterprises are subject to Florida sales tax, as applicable based on location and service type.
