We are not a law firm, bank, trust company, investment adviser, or financial institution, and we do not provide legal, tax, or investment advice. Our role is limited to non‑discretionary, clerical, and logistical support services carried out at the direction of our clients and their licensed professional advisers.

The TriTrust Legacy Enterprises Inc. Division of Compliance & Ministerial Support is currently operational and only exclusively serving the Florida jurisdiction at this time.

The Standard of Ministerial Excellence
TriTrust Legacy Enterprises Inc. serves as an administrative and logistical support provider to individuals who hold fiduciary authority, such as agents acting under a power of attorney. We focus exclusively on implementing clear written instructions from such agents by delivering organized, reliable, and timely back‑office support. We do not make legal, financial, or strategic decisions and do not advise anyone on which decisions to make.

Our Role: Administrative Execution Only
TriTrust Legacy Enterprises Inc. functions solely as an administrative service provider. Our activities are limited to clerical, secretarial, and logistical tasks performed under the express direction of the client or the client’s designated fiduciary or professional adviser. We do not act as a corporate fiduciary, trustee, executor, attorney, financial adviser, or legal representative in any capacity, and we do not exercise independent judgment regarding legal rights, remedies, or financial strategies.

Core Services: Non‑Discretionary Administrative Tasks
Ministerial Administrative Support (Non‑Legal, Non‑Fiduciary)

Bookkeeping and Records Administration: Recording and organizing transaction information, maintaining files, and tracking documentation as instructed by the client or fiduciary. We do not design accounting systems, determine tax positions, or provide opinions on the legal or tax treatment of any transaction.

Logistical and Scheduling Support: Coordinating calendars, arranging meetings, and managing correspondence at the express instruction of the client or fiduciary, without selecting courses of action or recommending legal or financial options.

Document Handling and Formatting: Typing, formatting, organizing, and transmitting documents or information supplied by the client or the client’s professional advisers. We do not select forms, draft customized legal language, or modify documents to fit a particular legal objective.

All services are provided only as directed by the client or the client’s appointed fiduciary or licensed professional advisers, and are strictly ministerial and clerical in nature.

Any fiduciary duties to third parties remain solely with the individual fiduciary (such as an agent under a power of attorney), not with TriTrust.

Zero‑Custody Model: TriTrust Legacy Enterprises Inc. does not hold, control, invest, or take legal or beneficial title to client funds, securities, real property, or other principal assets. All accounts and assets remain under the control of the client, the client’s fiduciary, or regulated financial institutions.

​Unauthorized Practice of Law (UPL) Statements

Florida UPL Compliance: In accordance with Florida law and guidance from The Florida Bar, TriTrust Legacy Enterprises Inc. limits its services in Florida to non‑legal, clerical, and secretarial tasks. We do not select legal forms, draft or tailor legal documents, advise on which documents or procedures to use, interpret legal documents, or give advice about legal rights, obligations, or remedies. Any Florida resident requiring legal services must seek assistance from a Florida‑licensed attorney.

Ohio UPL Compliance: In accordance with Ohio law and advisory opinions on the unauthorized practice of law, TriTrust Legacy Enterprises Inc. does not prepare estate plans, recommend specific types of trusts, or advise on the legal consequences of estate, Medicaid, or asset‑planning decisions. We do not represent clients before Ohio courts or agencies except as may be expressly permitted by applicable law for non‑attorney representatives and only in an administrative, non‑legal capacity. Clients in Ohio are strongly encouraged to obtain advice from an attorney licensed by the Supreme Court of Ohio.
