1. GENERAL POLICY STATEMENT

 

At Tritrust Legacy Enterprises ("TTLE"), we pride ourselves on professional excellence and transparency. As a service-based corporation, our primary deliverables are time, expertise, and authorized commission duties.

 

Generally, fees for services already rendered are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of your external transactions (e.g., if a third party rejects a document that was notarized correctly according to Florida law).

 

2. SERVICE-SPECIFIC REFUND TERMS

 

A. Notary Public & Remote Online Notarization (RON)

• Completed Acts: Once the Notary Seal is applied, the service is deemed complete and is 100% non-refundable.

• Travel Fees: Travel fees compensate the notary for time and fuel. If the notary arrives at the location but the signing cannot proceed due to client error (e.g., lack of valid ID, signer incapacity, or refusal to sign), the Travel Fee is non-refundable.

• RON Technical Failures:

  • Client-Side Error: If a session fails because the signer cannot pass Identity Proofing (KBA) or due to client technical issues, a $25 administrative fee is retained.

  • System Error: If the session fails due to TTLE or notary software issues, a full refund or free rescheduling is provided.

• Cancellations:

  • In-Person: Must cancel 2 hours prior for a full refund.

  • RON: Must cancel 2 hours prior to the link activation time.

 

B. Fiduciary Administrative Ministerial Support​

• Hourly/Task-Based Fees: Fees for bookkeeping, organization, or ministerial tasks already completed are non-refundable.

 

C. Ceremonial & Officiant Services

• Save-the-Date: A 50% non-refundable fee is required to secure your ceremony date.

• Cancellations:

  • 30+ Days Notice: You are not responsible for the remaining balance.

  • <30 Days Notice: Full payment is due and non-refundable.

 

D. Leadership Consulting & Speaking

• Speaker Fee: Refundable only if cancelled 60+ days prior to the event.

• Coaching Packages: Unused sessions may be refunded on a pro-rated basis minus a 25% early termination fee.

 

3. PAYMENT DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS

 

A. By purchasing services from TriTrust Legacy Enterprises Inc., you agree to the following:​

• First Resort: You agree to contact TTLE management at Admin@TriTrustLegacy.com to resolve any billing disputes before contacting your bank or payment issuer.

• Chargeback Waiver: You acknowledge that filing a chargeback or dispute for valid services rendered, or for non-refundable fees as defined above, constitutes a breach of contract. TTLE reserves the right to pursue full legal recourse for the disputed amount plus all associated legal fees and administrative costs.
